•Support the implementation of enterprise software to determine business goals and technical
•Maintaining and/or creating scalable, robust, operable software solutions
•Maintaining and/or creating design documentation (so as to enable team participation)
•Help in effectively decomposing feature implementation into associated tasks for planning & tracking purposes as part of a delivery team
•Help in assessing project risks associated with development activities
•Staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends

•At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
•Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, experience of design and implementation of Web Services
•Understanding of Object Oriented Analysis & Design principles, and service oriented architecture
•3-6 years experience with C++ (preferred in UNIX environment)
•Knowledge of Java and Shell
•Experience in use of SOAP, REST, Entity Diagrams and UML diagrams
•Experience in use of HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS and related internet technologies
•Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Sybase
•Familiar with the development environment: Eclipse C++
•Fluent English and German
