* B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent, M.S. degree in Computer Science preferred.
* Min 3 years of experience in C++, UNIX/Linux.

* Strong knowledge of STL, advanced OOA, OOD & OOP.
* Knowledge of Boost library.
* Knowledge of UNIX/shell scripting or Perl is a plus.
* Familiarity with SQL and DB servers (mySQL, Oracle).
* Familiarity with development of multi-threaded applications.
* Familiarity with development of complex server-side applications is a plus.
* Fair understanding of algorithms and computational complexity.
* Familiarity with Agile methodology & TDD is a plus.
