CRM Application Support Analyst/ Danish or Norwegian Speaker
Location: BRNO, Czech Republic

Responsibilities:

- taking part in the process and knowledge transition project from the Client?s European sites (4-7 months),
- providing technical support to end-users of Siebel CRM applications,
- ensuring the provision of customer service to the highest standard according to defined SLA,
- performing regular support and maintenance activities,
- taking part in business meetings and workshops across Europe (travelling for 10-15% of the time),
- improving the support process by preparing user manuals, work instructions and structural solutions,
- regular and ad-hoc reporting.

Requirements:

* master?s degree in IT, management or economics preferred,
* 3-5 years of experience in CRM package applications,
* very good command of Danish or Norwegian,
* very good command of English,
* good understanding of CRM preferably in the pharmaceutical sector,
* knowledge of ITIL will be an advantage,
* very good knowledge of MS Office ,
* customer focus and very good customer service skills.
