In this position you ensure the quality of food and services and maintain the smooth running of
day-to-day business. You know how to organise your team of head cook, head chef and head waiter
and report to the catering unit manager. Hygiene and work security standards are within your tasks,
as well as the evaluation and revision of menu cycle and costs. You take care of your team
members’ operation schedule and ensure that potential conflicts are resolved and further on
avoided.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience as a Chef Manager
Ability to work unsupervised with good time management skills
Communication skills - in English, both written and oral
Understanding of customer service
Experience working in an international and dynamic environment
Sound knowledge of international food products
Sound knowledge of HACCP and ISO 9000 standards
Ability to adapt to rapid changes in a positive manner and work to tight deadlines
IT literate

It would be a plus if you were familiar with working in a multicultural environment and had remote
site or military experience and a driving license.
